AMBASSADOR WAYNE MEETS VALERUS EXECUTIVES

Ambassador Wayne met on November 21 with Steve Gill, Senior Vice President, Ricardo Petersen, Country Manager and Patricia Martinez, Director of International Marketing of Valerus. Valerus was founded in 2002 in Houston. The company is a natural gas compression company, which delivers reciprocating and rotary gas compressor packages, production equipment, gas processing solutions, liquid separation systems and professional field services to the oil and gas industry. Valerus currently operates more than 30 facilities worldwide in over 13 countries. Valerus has offices in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Bogota, Colombia; Quito, Ecuador; and Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The Ambassador congratulated Valerus executives for the recent opening of their new Buenos Aires office and offered the Embassy's assistance to further develop their operation in Argentina.
