Mr. Carlos Valderrama, Director of Latin American Operations at the law firm of Carlsmith Ball LLP, will be traveling to Argentina from California on August 28th to give presentations in Rosario, Moron, La Matanza, and Buenos Aires on the topic of “Investment Strategies for Municipalities.”  Mr. Valderrama is responsible for structuring strategic alliances and business relationships between U.S. and Latin American firms.  He has been invited by the U.S. Embassy to discuss ways that municipalities can expand their investment opportunities.
