During her visit to Argentina, Under Secretary of State for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs Judith A. McHale met with Foreign Minister Héctor Timerman.

Under Secretary McHale oversees the activities of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, the Bureau of International Information Programs, and the Bureau of Public Affairs.
