U.S. EMBASSY HOSTS SPEAKER FOR TESOL AND ARTESOL CONFERENCES

Dr. Donna Brinton, Associate Director, Center for World Languages, University of California, Los Angeles, will be the keynote speaker at the TESOL (Teachers of English to Speakers of Other Languages) and ARTESOL conferences taking place at UADE (Universidad Argentina de la Empresa). She will address the subjects of using critical analysis to promote teacher reflection and content-based instruction. Dr. Brinton will also participate in a roundtable discussion with Argentine experts at UTN (National Technology University). She will give a public presentation on “Teaching Pronunication: Classroom Application,” at APICOBO (Asociacion de Profesores de Ingles del Conourbano Bonaerense) in Adrogue.
