Ambassador Wayne Hosts a Tea for Secretaries and Administrative Assistants in Recognition for their Important Work

Ambassador Wayne hosted on March 17 a tea for a distinguished group of secretaries, executive and administrative assistants from companies and other Embassies as well as from the U.S. Embassy whom he frequently contacts by telephone or e-mail. The Ambassador highlighted the importance of the work carried out be these assistants and underscored how good it is "to put a face to a name."

During the event, the Ambassador took the opportunity to thank the help and cooperation offered regularly to every diplomat and officer of the U.S. Embassy in Argentina and the support given to their bosses who like him are able to perform their duties thanks to the excellent work of these assistants to strenghten and enhance the good relations between Argentina and the United States as well as between the United States and other misions in Buenos Aires. All these people also contribute to make the world a better place for all of us.
