DONATION FROM US SOUTHCOM TO HOGAR NAVAL STELLA MARIS

In the framework of the visit of US Southcom Chief Admiral James Stavridis, his wife Laura Stavridis, accompanied by  U.S. Ambassador Earl Anthony Wayne´s wife, Pamela Wayne, visited the “Hogar Naval Stella Maris “, in Flores, to hand out books, backpacks, toys and bed linens for the children of the institution. The “Hogar Naval Stella Maris” is one of the many Stella Maris centers located on every Argentine Navy Base which not only work as orphanages for underprivileged children. They also provide clothes, education and limited medical and financial support.
