Ambassador Wayne on September 12 addressed the members of the Buenos Aires Rotary Club at their weekly luncheon at the Marriott Plaza Hotel. The Ambassador spoke on “Argentina-U.S. Relations” and emphasized the importance of people to people ties in strengthening mutual understanding.
