AMBASSADOR WAYNE MEETS JEREMY RIFKIN

Ambassador Wayne meets with Mr. Jeremy Rifkin, President, Foundation on Economic Trends in Washington, DC.  Mr Rifkin spoke on the topic of   "Global Risks as an Opportunity in Construction: Tendencies from the social, political and energy point of view" at the 56th annual Argentine Construction Chamber Convention in Buenos Aires on November 25, 2008.
