On August 12, Ambassador Wayne attended a meeting hosted by Secretary of the Environment Romina Picolotti, in which she informed more than twenty ambassadors about the upcoming "Calafate Southern Lights Dialogue", to be held September 15 to 18th in the province of Santa Cruz.  The "Calafate Southgern Lights Dialogue" is part of the "Greenland Dialogue", an informal forum to discuss the most important aspects of climate change. Argentina is hosting this year's meeting.  These meetings started in Denmark in 2005, followed by South Africa in 2006 and Sweden in 2007.
