English language training to prison guards

On September 21, 2009 American Citizen Services officer Jonathan Nellis and local supervisor Gaston Marano participated in a formal signing ceremony at the Federal Prison at Ezeiza of an agreement between the U.S. Embassy, the Federal Penitentiary Service and the Language Center Association (SEA).  Nellis signed the accord that will help provide English language training to prison guards working with non-Spanish speaking inmates.
