Ambassador Wayne met Brenda Asnicar, one of the young stars of the “Patito Feo” show on Argentine television, just before the KISS concert in Buenos Aires, April 5.  The Ambassador and the actress discussed the young actress’s experiences in the United States, which she said she greatly enjoyed.
