Photo Requirements
- 5cm x 5cm
- taken within the past six months
- color
- against a light background
- full face
The image of the head measured from the bottom of the chin to the top of the head (including hair) must be 3.5cm.
- No looking down or to either side.
- No headcoverings and hats except due to religious beliefs.
- No photographs of military, airline or other personnel wearing hats.
- No glasses or anything which may detract from the face unless required for medical reasons.
- No photographs taken in front of busy, patterned or dark backgrounds
