Embassy Cultural Affairs Specialist Luis Maria Palma gave a presentation on the US electoral process on September 26 at Del Salvador University. More than 35 students and professors participated in the event, showing great interest on various election topics such as parties conventions, foreign policy, platforms, profiles of presidential candidates, economy and trade. The presentation is part of the series of lectures on the electoral process in the United States organized by the Embassy to highlight the upcoming elections on November 4, 2008.
