AMBASSADOR WAYNE ATTENDS SECURITY FORUM MEETING

Ambassador Wayne attended March 22 the first gathering of the year of the US Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC) at the Alvear Hotel. OSAC is an association designed to promote cooperation in security matters between US private sector interests worldwide and the Department of State.
