Seminar on accusatory system/oral trial techniques

The Embassy of the United States and the City of Buenos Aires Office of the Public Prosecutor recently held a seminar on accusatory system/oral trial techniques on November 17-21. The seminar was given by U.S. Department of Justice staff and directed at Argentine prosecutors and researchers to train them in oral trial techniques and skills according to an accusatory system. The 42 participants included prosecutors, clerks and researchers from the City of Buenos Aires Office of the Public Prosecutor and prosecutors and judges from the provinces of Santa Fe, Santiago del Estero and Rio Negro.
