If you wish to apply for a U.S. visa you must schedule two appointments and complete the following steps:
Step 1: Complete the DS-160 online application form at: https://ceac.state.gov/genniv/
Step 2: Pay the $140 USD visa application fee (MRV fee). This fee is payable with a credit card either by telephone or online through the Visa Information Service website. Alternatively, you may pay the fee in cash at any Citibank or Rapipago Branch. For more information on visa fees click here.
Step 3: Schedule your appointments (they cannot be on the same day, but you may schedule them on consecutive days) through the Visa Information Service website or by calling our Call Center. At the same time, you will pick a delivery location with DHL for your visaed passport.

Step 4: Attend your ASC appointment at Avenida Santa Fe 4569, located in the Palermo neighborhood of Buenos Aires, to have your biometric information collected. Applicants will need to present their current passport and DS-160 confirmation page.
Step 5: Attend your consular appointment at the U.S. Embassy, located at Avenida Colombia 4300 in the Palermo neighborhood. Again, applicants will need to present a current passport and their DS-160, apart from all the supporting documents for your visa interview.
Step 6: If your visa is approved, you will pick up your visaed passport at a pre-designated pick-up location or await home delivery if you have opted for premium delivery service.
