If you are under 14 years old or over 79 years old, you may be able to apply and receive your visa by mail, without a personal interview, if you meet the following requirements.

OVER 79 YEARS OLD:
Holding valid visas or whose visa has expired within the last year.
Besides regular documents and application form of each applicant, the requirements are:
- COPY OF documents such as retirement receipt, bank account information and credit card information.
- IF RELATIVES/FRIENDS IN THE U.S.: proof of legal status, e.g.: copy of Green Card, copy of valid visa or work permit, etc.
- MEDICAL INSURANCE which covers for any existing illness.

UNDER 13 YEARS OLD:
• Whose parents hold valid visa.
Besides regular documents and application form of each applicant, the requirements are:
- IN CASE PARENTS’ VISA WERE ISSUED BEFORE JANUARY 2003: APPLICATION FORM (DS-156) for the parents, perfectly filled out and signed by both of them, photo is not necessary in this case.
- FINANCIAL INFORMATION regarding income/salary, letter from employer, bank account information, credit card information
- COPY OF birth certificate and marriage certificate.
- COPY OF certified travel permission for the child
- PASSPORTS  Valid and prior passports of all family group (parents, brothers, sisters)

This procedure only applies for Argentine citizens.

The following cases will not be accepted as Drop-Box:

• Children under 14, who only have one of their parents, even if this parent holds a valid visa.
• Children under 14, if both parents hold a European Passport, or one of them holds an argentine passport with a visa, and the other one holds a European Passport.
• Children under 14, if one parent holds an argentine passport with a visa, and the other one holds a US Passport.

Can be processed through DHL, ICANA or ANY OF THE BI-NATIONAL CENTERS.
