Expedited appointments for students
When applying for a student visa, you will be required to contact the Visa Information Service to Schedule an appointment as instructed in this website.
If the scheduled appointment does not fit your immediate business travel needs, you may request an expedited appointment by e-mailing us. Please note that you must already have a scheduled appointment, in order to request an expedited appointment.
You should be prepared to present a copy of your DS 2019 or I 20. Please note that an expedited appointment in no way guarantees that the visa will be granted. Each applicant must qualify for a visa under the U.S. Immigration Law.
If issued, a visa normally will be printed on the same day and off-site delivery will be arranged through DHL delivery service the following day. occasionally, unforeseen computer problems may delay visa printing.
IMPORTANT
No expedited appointments will be approved for Work and Travel applicants.
