AMBASSADOR WAYNE "ROCKS" WITH MOTOROLA

Ambassador and Mrs. Wayne, Senior Commercial Officer Brian Brisson, and Facundo Crosta, General Manager Cellular Phones (Motorola LA South) attended the July 7th final event of the MotorRKR "battle of the bands" contest organized by Motorola Argentina in an effort to promote their new MotorKR E2.  More than 300 rock bands registered for the contest in early June, of which, six finalists were selected.  An audience of over 20,000 attended this free concert that took place at well Known Park in Belgrano.  The closing act featured the famous Argentine band, Babasonicos.  Renowned Argentine rock musicians, as well as members of the music industry such as Universal Music and Rolling Stones Magazine composed the jury panel. The bands competed for such prizes as 80 hours of professional studio recording time, musical instruments, and all received MotorKR E2 cellular phones.  Motorola's support and recognition of Argentine music and creativity is an excellent example of one of the many U.S. companies that seek out and promote Argentine talent.  For more information on the event, please visit http://www.hellomoto.com.ar/.
