THE IMPACT OF ETHNIC GROUPS AND IMMIGRATION ON MID-TERM ELECTIONS IN THE U.S.
August 14-15, 2006
Dr. Mitchell Rice is in Buenos Aires for two days to discuss the impact that ethnic groups and immigration may have on the upcoming mid-term elections in the United States. Dr. Rice is the Director of the Race and Ethnic Studies Institute at Texas A&M University. He will meet with the Center for American Studies, the Argentine-American Dialogue, and with various provincial interlocutors through a digital video conference.
