American Film Writing Guru Robert McKee is Teaching in Buenos Aires

On September 28, American film writing guru, Robert McKee, was welcomed to Buenos Aires at a reception held at Juana M, a restaurant in downtown Buenos Aires.  Guests included Ambassador Vilma Martinez and approximately 35 guests from the film industry in Argentina.  During the reception, McKee expressed his excitement to be in a country that his father loved so much and his admiration of Argentine film. 
 
McKee has a keen skill to teach others how to become excellent storywriters.  Former students have won 32 Academy Awards and 141 Emmy Awards.  Over 600 of his students won nominations for the Academy Awards and the Emmy Awards.  McKee will be teaching writing seminars to screenwriters, filmmakers, and others in Buenos Aires from October 1 - 4.
