AMBASSADOR WAYNE MEETS VICENTE LOPEZ MAYOR
January 21, 2009

Ambassador Wayne met with Mayor of Vicente Lopez Enrique Garcia on January 21 and congratulated the mayor for the very high rankings for quality of life and governance which the municipality has received during Sr. Garcia’s long tenure.  The Ambassador also expressed appreciation on behalf of the embassy employees and their families that live in the city and enjoy its services.  The Mayor explained the important role which local companies and citizens play in the city’s achievements and briefed the Ambassador on initiatives underway in Vincente Lopez to further improve its quality of life.
