AMBASSADOR MARTINEZ HIGHLIGHTS THE BILATERAL COOPERATION REGARDING THE H1N1 FLU

On October 26th, Ambassador Vilma Martinez met with the Minister of National Health, Juan Manzur, to discuss public health. The Ambassador thanked the Minister for Argentina’s outstanding cooperation with the U.S. Center for Disease Control (CDC) during the winter’s H1N1 flu epidemic. “We are pleased to see health experts from both countries working closely together on the issue of the H1N1 Influenza, which is of global interest,” said the Ambassador, who promised to continue to collaborate and support Argentina in preparation for the next flu season.
