Ambassador Vilma Martinez Visits Mauricio Macri, Bs As City Mayor

Following her round of visits of presentation, Ambassador Vilma Martinez met on November 9 with Mauricio Macri, Buenos Aires City Mayor.

"I love this city, and am very happy to work here and have the opportunity to enjoy its cultural activities," said the Ambassador.

They talked about the challenges and opportunities related to the administration of this great city and reviewed the existing areas of cooperation between the United States and the city government.

"It was a pleasure to have met the Mayor of this beautiful city. I know that your government and the National and Provincial governments are working hard on the agenda of the Bicentennial. As a sign of friendship with Argentina, the United States also will provide its contribution in this important upcoming event," Ambassador Martinez said.
