AMBASSADOR ANTHONY WAYNE MEETS WITH "LAS LEONAS"

Ambassador Wayne met on January 26 with eight members of the Argentine Women's Field Soccer team, who will travel to Bermuda to participate in the Pan-American Cup to be held in Hamilton City on February 6-15. The Pan-American Cup is a qualifying round for the Women's Field Hockey World Cup to be played in Rosario on August 30, 2010, for which Argentina is already qualified as it will be the host country.
Ambassador Wayne praised Las Leonas' team work and invited the players to participate in the sports programs organized by the embassy in Buenos Aires and in the interior.
