“JUSTICE GOES TO SCHOOLS”: A NEW PROGRAM FUNDED BY THE U.S. EMBASSY

Ambassador Lino Gutierrez participated in the launch of "Justice Goes to Schools" - a program funded by the U.S. Embassy and administered by the NGO Conciencia and the Asociacion de Magistrados y Funcionarios de la Justicia Nacional. Under this program, judges go to local schools to talk with students about how the justice system works in Argentina. They conduct mock cases for the students to resolve so that they better understand the legal system and develop more confidence in this key democratic institution. The program was launched on May 23 at the Asociacion de Magistrados.
