AMBASSADOR WAYNE AT THE ARGENTINA NATIONAL FOREIGN INSTITUTE

On May 9, at the Argentine National Foreign Service Institute, Ambassador Wayne gave a speech on "U.S. Policy in the Western Hemishpere," to a large group of local and foreign students and the head of the Institute, Ambassador Horacio Basabe. Ambassador Wayne underscored the importance of shared values and interests between the U.S. and the Americas.
