Dear Immigrant Visa Applicant:
In lieu of another personal appearance, you may send the additional documents we have requested today via DHL courier service to the address listed below. You must send these documents through one of the six DHL offices listed at the end of this letter. Please note that you must also prepay DHL for return delivery of your passport and immigrant visa package from the Embassy to your residence.
You must include the following in the information that you send to the Consular Section:
-Documents requested today by the Consular Officer
-Passport of each person listed in your visa application
-This letter
-Refusal letter (OF-194)
If the information you send satisfies our requirements, you will receive your visa via DHL in 7-14 days. If the information is not what has been requested or additional information is needed based on your submission, your passport will be returned to you using the DHL return delivery. Please do not contact us concerning your case for at least 14 days from the date you submitted your documents. If we require further information we will notify you by post or email.
