Argentine high school students María Belén Aguero Alonso from Comodoro Rivadavia, Prov. of Chubut; Carolina Longarini from 25 de Mayo, Province of Buenos Aires; and María Eugenia Battistotti from the city of Buenos Aires were selected by the Embassy to attend the Free Enterprise Leadership Challenge (FELC) program at the Jesse Helms Center in Wingate, North Carolina from June 16 to June 25.

The three Argentine students were selected from over 200 applicants who have a 9.0 GPA on a 10.0 scale, show an interest in business, proficiency in the English language, and leadership potential.

This will be the fifth year that young Argentines have participated in the FELC Program, which is completely financed by the Embassy.

Ambassador Vilma Martinez expressed her best wishes to the students who traveled last Friday to Wingate University.
