9. If you are not sure if your document can be notarized at the Embassy, please send an email to Buenosaires-acs@state.gov . On the subject line of your e-mail write “Notarial question” and explain what kind of document you wish to have notarized and where are you going to use it. We will inform you of whether the document can be notarized at the Embassy
