10.  If an appointment is not available before the date on which your documents must be notarized, please email Buenosaires-acs@state.gov . On the subject line of your e-mail write "Emergency Notarial Appointment." In the e-mail briefly explain why you are requesting the emergency appointment, write the date and time for which you wish to schedule the emergency appointment, and note the number of documents you need notarized. Also include your telephone number. We will contact you as soon as possible.
