Due to the high volume of correspondence the Consular Section receives, we will give priority to those e-mails soliciting information or concerning topics not covered on our website. General information on U.S. visas and visa processing can also be obtained by using our Visa Information Service (VIS) at 4321-1100.

There is currently a significant wait time for interview appointments. We recommend that you schedule your appointments well in advance of your planned travel. Current wait times can be found in our website.
