Information Resource Center (IRC)
The IRC in Buenos Aires operates a reference service specializing in U.S. economy and politics, international relations, defense and current affairs. The IRC's goal is to serve the U.S. mission in Argentina, local Argentine government agencies, non-governmental organizations, libraries, the media, and other researchers. Please visit the IRC’s web page or contact the IRC via email:BuenosAiresIRC@state.gov
