AMBASSADOR WAYNE ADDRESSES A CROWD OF HOTEL OWNERS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS, AND TOURISM AGENTS AT A CONSULAR EVENT

Ambassador Wayne gave opening remarks in an American Citizen Services (ACS) event on June 20 entitled “Argentina: Un Lugar Para Volver”. The event at the Alvear Palace Hotel drew more than 100 guests from Buenos Aires’ Tourism Industry. Guests gained insights on tourism trends in Argentina and learned how they can assist U.S. citizen travelers who encounter difficulties while in Argentina and received an overview of services offered by American Citizen Services. The event also featured speakers from Argentina’s Secretary of Tourism and Tourist Police.
