CHARGE D’ AFFAIRES TOM KELLY SPICES UP CINCO DE MAYO BY SUPPORTING CALIFORNIA BURRITO

On May 5, Chargé d’ Affaires Tom Kelly attended the inauguration of California Burrito Company’s (CBC) second restaurant in Argentina located in Palermo SOHO. CBC was started in Argentina by young American entrepreneurs Jordan Metzner and Sam Nadler. The Chargé toured the restaurant, met several employees and spoke with CBC Founders, before enjoying one of their signature burritos. Mr. Kelly praised Jordan and Sam for their entrepreneurial ability and the success of CBC's expansion in a very sophisticated marketplace, stating that "this is an excellent example of the determination, commitment, and spirit of young entrepreneurs able to foresee opportunities, especially in light of the challenging world economy." The company has plans to open its third location at the new DOT Baires Shopping Mall located at General Paz and Panamericana in late May.
