Ambassador Martinez Meet with Mayor of Bahía Blanca Cristian Breitenstein

Ambassador Vilma Martinez and Mayor of Bahía Blanca Cristian Breitenstein met for the first time on March 9. The Ambassador took advantage of her visit to better acquaint herself with the activities of this fishing city, a sister city of Jacksonville, Florida since 1967. The Ambassador and the Mayor also talked about current topics across the political-economic spectrum, and the Mayor’s challenges and goals ahead for the remainder of his administration.

"I have had the pleasure of observing the joint exercises between the Argentine Navy and USS Carl Vinson. Without a doubt, this is another example of the strong cooperation between Argentina and the United States," said Ambassador Martinez.
