Theo J. van Lingen Biography
Mr. van Lingen has over seven years working for the Department of Treasury in the Office of Terrorist Financing and Financial Crime and in the Office of Foreign Assets Control. He has held the positions of Policy Advisor, Compliance Officer, Senior Sanctions Investigator and served as the OFAC Attache to the US Embassy in Mexico City.
Prior to working for the government, he was an Equity Analyst for two years covering listed companies on the NYSE and NASDAQ. He also worked as a Portfolio Analyst for Grupo Financiero Popular in Quito, Ecuador.
Mr. van Lingen has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of San Diego in California, a Master in International Management from Thunderbird in Arizona, and a Master of International Political Economy and Development from Fordham University in New York.
