ARGENTINE POPULAR LIBRARIES WIN EMBASSY "RAFFLE" AT BOOK FAIR

May 31, 2007

Ten popular libraries serving almost 300,000 people outside of the city of Buenos Aires are now receiving the boxes of Spanish language childrens books that they won in a raffle at the U.S. Embassy booth during the Buenos Aires Book Fair. One such library in Las Breñas, province of Chaco, mounted an exhibition of the books received and warmly thanked the Embassy for its largesse.
