Ambassador Martinez met with Beyoncé Knowles immediately prior to her recent performance at the Hipodromo San Isidro on February 12.  The Ambassador thanked Beyoncé for being a role model for young people aspiring to fulfill their dreams, and recognized the important role all U.S. citizens play – particularly celebrities – as cultural ambassadors who reflect the diverse talents of Americans.
