AMBASSADOR WAYNE GREETS FELLOW UC BERKELEY ALUMNI VISITING ARGENTINA

The University of California at Berkeley Alumni Association has sent a diverse group of Berkeley alumni to Argentina for an educational and cultural introduction to the country. Ambassador Wayne met with his fellow alumni on February 13 and welcomed them to Argentina. The group represents a diversity of age, hometowns, and backgrounds, but all participants are civic and business leaders in their communities. Sponsored by Cal Discoveries, the program hopes to introduce the group to Argentina, US-Argentine relations, local political, economic, social, issues, and Argentine food and culture. The group also plans to meet with local Cal alumni who are leaders in their fields in Buenos Aires.
Ambassador Wayne received his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley in 1972.
