On March 25th, the Embassy invited members of Afro American Music Studio’s “The Dallas’ Gospel Singers” to American blues legend B.B. King's concert at Luna Park Stadium.  The singers met with B.B. King in his dressing room after the concert and heard him share stories about his life and music career.  Along with studio directors Marcelo Ponce and Viviana Dallas, the four singers asked questions ranging from Mr. King's thoughts on the future of blues music to some of his greatest inspirations.  Mr. King was pleased with the meeting and glad to share his wisdom with young Argentine musicians, while the singers were honored to meet him and learn from a true music legend.
The Afro American Music Studio, led by Marcelo Ponce and Viviana Dallas, is dedicated to many activities related to teaching and independent artistic production.  The studio’s main goal is to promote Afro-American related genres such as Country Blues, Urban Blues, Rhythm and Blues, the Black Spirituals, and Gospel.
