Affidavit of Support

Form I-864

As of March 2006, Form I-864 (Affidavit of support) no longer needs to be notarized.

Until revised I-864 forms are available, please disregard the notarization requirement which appears on the form.

A partir de Marzo de 2006, el Formulario I-864 (Affidavit of support) no requiere ser legalizado.

Hasta que el formulario no se actualice, por favor, no tenga en cuenta el requisito que figura en el formulario de que el mismo tiene que ser legalizado.
