Add Pages to a U.S. Passport

TRIP TO MENDOZA

On April 13, 2012, the Consular Section will be providing passport services in MENDOZA. If you are a US citizen and would like to renew your US passport, add pages in the passport , or register the birth of your child, set up an appointment by sending an e-mail (before April 9) to BuenosAires-ACS@state.gov ; the subject line should read “Mendoza Trip”. Include your name and phone number and we will call you back to confirm an appointment.

 

If the visa/stamp pages in your passport are full or close to full and your passport is still valid and in good condition, you may apply either by mail or in person at the Embassy for additional pages to be added to your passport. 
If you wish to apply in person, visit the Consular Section, Avda. Colombia 4300, Buenos Aires, Monday thru Friday from 8.30 am to 12 pm except holidays.  No appointment needed.

A third person may apply on your behalf with a written authorization signed by you.

If you wish to add pages to your passport, please submit:

  • Your valid passport; 
  • Passport form DS-4085 (pdf-246kb): Application for Additional Visa Pages. 
  • Fees: U$ 82.-
